About Metamorphosis

Most people who reach out to me aren’t new to struggling. They’ve usually tried to change—on their own, in therapy, or by just “being more disciplined”—and something still isn’t shifting. If that’s where you are, you’re not alone.th life on life's terms. The therapy I provide is LGBTQ+ affirming.

My Approach

My approach is direct, non-judgmental, and grounded in understanding—not shame.

I’m not here to:

Police your behavior
Force a specific model of recovery
Or pathologize you

Instead, we focus on:
Understanding your patterns
Reducing shame (which often keeps cycles going)
Building real, sustainable change

I integrate approaches like EMDR, attachment-focused therapy, and behavioral work—but more importantly, I tailor therapy to you.

Who I Work Best With

I tend to work best with people who: Feel stuck in cycles around sex, porn, or “party and play” Are managing a lot on the outside but struggling privately Feel shame, secrecy, or internal conflict Want something deeper than surface-level coping strategies I also work with many LGBTQ+ clients and aim to provide affirming, grounded care.

A Different Kind of Therapy

If you’ve felt like therapy hasn’t quite worked before, it may not be you—it may have been the approach. You don’t need more shame, pressure, or surface-level advice. You need a space where what’s actually going on can be understood.

What It’s Like to Work With Me

Therapy with me is: Conversational, not overly clinical Direct, but not harsh Focused, but flexible You won’t get a script or a one-size-fits-all approach. You’ll get someone who is paying close attention, helping you connect patterns, and working with you toward real change.
